I am certified in EpicCare Ambulatory and Training Environment Build and also a CMA. Working for Novant training and supporting Epic for over 12.5 years has allowed me to grow into my current role as Intermediate Instructional Designer/Principal Trainer. I enjoy collaborating with various teams to create instructional materials such as training curriculum, creating tip sheets, QSGs and videos for educating our end users. Our team is consistently trying new ways to improve training for our end users and creating a course to highlight a specific workflow has been extremely successful. I am looking forward to presenting again at this year's NCUGM!
