Have you ever needed to roll out training for a large group of providers and clinical staff on a brand-new workflow? Learn how our organization designed and delivered education to support the implementation of E-consents across the ambulatory setting. We launched specialized Zoom sessions for 11 pilot clinics covering both providers and clinical staff who use E-consents for ambulatory and inpatient procedures. From this pilot, we developed additional resources, including tip sheets, FAQs quick start guide, and training videos, to support the broader rollout. Data collected from the pilot and continued expansion has demonstrated strong adoption and measurable success.
