Learn how our organization developed a provider proficiency assessment for those providers that have previous Epic experience. Providers that pass the assessment with an 80% or above, demonstrate proficiency and can go straight into a personalization session with a trainer. Providers that do not pass the assessment will take a condensed version of the Provider 100/200 course with a trainer and will have to schedule personalization at another time.
The data collected has proven the remarkable success of this assessment.
