As a Dimensions Ambulatory Trainer III, I am dedicated to preparing healthcare professionals with the knowledge and confidence needed to effectively use Epic within the ambulatory setting. I have been employed with Novant Health for 15 years. I bring a thoughtful, strategic and energetic approach to training, combining system knowledge with an understanding of real-world clinical workflows. I am credentialed and teach in the Cadence, Resolute, and EpicCare Modules.

I collaborate closely with multiple teams to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with organizational goals. By mentoring new team members, shadowing across departments, and continuously expanding my expertise, I strive to deliver engaging, impactful education that supports both individual growth and operational success.

I am passionate about learning and helping others learn. With Epic, it's always evolving and you always learn something new. I am excited to be presenting with my colleagues this year at the 2026 UGM. Additionally, I am excited to learn from the other speakers.
