Across the Duke Health enterprise, we are sending over 300k offers per month. In FY24, we had a 30% view rate and a 25% acceptance rate, resulting in over 95,000 rescheduled appointments via Fast Pass. However, Fast Pass configuration is not as simple as we first thought. From our initial setup in 2016 to our current configuration, we have experienced some challenges. Upon review of performance data, we realized our problems were bigger than we anticipated. This presentation will highlight our initial setup of Fast Pass, improvements made, lessons learned, where we are today, and future plans.
