In November 2022, Atrium Health’s pharmacy informatics leadership formed a team charged with evaluating Willow Inpatient Epic build differences between the Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist instance (WakeOne) and the Atrium Health instance (Encompass) in preparation for the five AHWFB hospitals to move into Encompass in March 2024. This presentation will review the approach, prioritization, comparisons, and decision-making strategies employed by the team as well as lessons learned throughout the journey.
