With over forty years in nursing, I currently serve as a Senior Clinical Informatics Specialist at UNC Health, where I support providers, nursing staff, and other team members with Epic. As co-chair of the CI downtime team, I help develop and update downtime forms, guides, and manage the Downtime Resources site. My informatics nursing career spans more than two decades, backed by hands-on clinical experience in the Emergency Room, Dialysis, and Medical-Surgical departments.
