Clinical Informatics launched a new Downtime Resources SharePoint site that provides a comprehensive collection of materials related to Epic@UNC downtime. The available resources include guidance on downtime readiness, downtime forms, instructional guides, downtime care plans, patient education materials, and direct access to BCA Web. Additionally, the downtime library is now equipped with filtering options by form type, user role, and care setting, enabling end users to efficiently locate necessary resources during downtime events.
