Natrina Jones is a Senior Epic Analyst with the Advocate Health Enterprise Continuing Health Applications team, where she mainly supports Rehab workflows for therapists, nurses, providers, and other clinicians across various care settings.
She started her career at Advocate Health in 2010 as an adult med-surg registered nurse at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. In 2012, Natrina joined the Epic training implementation team as a credentialed trainer and later advanced to principal trainer roles in ClinDoc and Willow Inpatient. By 2016, she had shifted into the role of Epic analyst. She holds certifications in EpicCare Ambulatory, Inpatient Clinical Documentation, Inpatient Rehab, Long Term Care, and Willow Inpatient. Over the years, Natrina has contributed to multiple Epic implementations and led projects that have made a notable regulatory, financial, and patient safety impact on nursing and inpatient clinical users. Her efforts have centered on documentation improvement, Epic optimization, and better patient care outcomes in diverse clinical environments.
Outside of work, Natrina is a devoted Carolina Panthers Football fan who loves attending NFL games, following tennis and WNBA, and traveling. She finds tremendous joy in cooking for family and cherishes time spent with her two grandchildren.
