Heidi is celebrating her 20th anniversary with Atrium Health, now part of Advocate Health. Throughout her tenure, she has made significant contributions in various roles, including Trainer for Corporate Registration and Supervisor for Financial Counseling. Most notably, Heidi has dedicated much of her career to the Patient Identity Management Team, specializing in duplicate MRN resolution, as well as process streamlining and documentation.

Heidi holds a degree in Church Music from North Central University in Minneapolis, MN, showcasing her diverse talents. In August 2024, she was selected by management to advance from a front-line staff member to a Manager role on the team. As of January 2025, Heidi has been serving in the Southeast Regional Manager role and currently manages 31 teammates across the four Southeast Markets representing facilities in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Alabama.
