Hybre Holtzhausen serves as an IT Solution Architect for the Clinical Documentation and Stork team at Advocate Atrium Health. In this capacity, she collaborates with IT and clinical leadership to integrate new systems and enhance existing ones. She leads and monitors key projects, ensures compliance with information systems standards, and acts as a mentor and coach to the analysts on her teams.
Hybre's career at Atrium Health began in 2007 as a student nurse, and in 2009 she officially joined the team as a unit clerk and certified nurse assistant. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and gained nine years of bedside nursing experience with both adult and pediatric populations at Carolinas Medical Center and Levine Children’s Hospital. She was then selected to participated in a two-year process improvement project applying Lean methodology to deliver organizational metrics to improve patient outcomes, patient experience, teammate satisfaction, and cost reduction.
In 2018, Hybre joined the Clinical Informatics team, supporting acute care nursing and infection prevention in the Charlotte Market. She earned a Master of Science in Nursing Informatics degree from Western Governors University during this time. In 2020, she transitioned to the role of an Epic analyst, focusing on clinical documentation support for nursing and ancillary disciplines.
