Brief Description: Overview of tools our team has created to improve provider onboarding and efficiency. After our last entity go-live, our team found the need to create specialty-specific Personalization Checklists to optimize provider and CI experience during Provider Engagement Coaching sessions (PECs). We also developed a PEC tracker spreadsheet which functioned as a scheduling tool for PEC sessions and provided a dashboard for leadership to monitor provider attendance. Review how we used Signal and Training Outcome Workbooks to assess the impact of Coaching Sessions on provider efficiency.
