Lauren is a Team Lead on the Population Health and Quality Team for Advocate Health, SE Region. Lauren has 15 years experience in healthcare spanning from at the elbow physician support, charge services and workflow design and implementation in multiple electronical medical records. Lauren holds EPIC certifications in both Healthy Planet and EpiCare Ambulatory. Lauren's primary focus is to lead her extraordinary team of analysts through new program implementations of Compass Rose, Managed Medicaid and implementing the new Health Related Social Needs Screening Tool for the entire enterprise. Lauren is excited to continue the work in this space as she understands the importance of caring for the whole patient!
