Amy Williams has been with Cone Health for almost 16 years with roles in the HIM department, on the training team, and landing in the IT department 12 years ago. Her current position is as Lead Application Analyst for the HIM & Identity Team. She has Epic certifications in HIM - Release of Information, Deficiency Tracking, Hospital Coding, Identity, Cadence, Security and Cogito. Over the years of experience she has developed a keen understanding of how the Epic modules she manages complements and interacts with others used at Cone Health. She loves a good puzzle and embraces the challenges that can come from ever evolving healthcare technology.

When not working, she loves to go to the beach, and hang out with family and friends.
