For many years Order Level Scanning at Cone Health was a lengthy and cumbersome process to get one paper result in the chart. Since our original Epic 2012 adoption, we’ve used the Enter/Edit Results activity for scanning paper results. We leveraged the changes that came with Epic’s Hyperdrive conversion as an opportunity to revamp our Order Level Scanning workflow. With the Media Manager facelift in Hyperdrive, we were able to trim the fat from our scanning workflows.
