NCUGM 2026: NOW APRIL 7-8!
Due to a snow storm impacting our area ahead of the original February dates for NCUGM 2026, the conference has been rescheduled for Tuesday, April 7th, & Wednesday, April 8th, 2026. All planned sessions and activities have been shifted to these new dates.
CONFERENCE & HOTEL INFORMATION
- If you previously registered for the February dates, you should have received an email communication confirming your registration was automatically transferred to the April dates along with additional information on how to re-book hotel rooms, if needed.
- If you didn't register for the February dates and are still interested in joining us in April, registration is now open. We hope to see you there!

The annual conference (NCUGM) provides an opportunity to network, collaborate, learn and improve efficiencies, celebrate accomplishments and have fun!
Our user group meeting is not restricted to North Carolina-based health systems. If you are affiliated with a health care system utilizing Epic, regardless of location, we hope you will join us!
