Marcy Shipwash is an experienced healthcare professional who has been serving with Novant Health since graduating in 2006. Over the course of her career, she has contributed to a variety of clinical and operational areas, including Women’s and Children’s services, Clinical Improvement, and Diabetes Education. These diverse experiences have given her a well-rounded perspective on patient care, quality outcomes, and healthcare systems.

Marcy currently works as a Clinical Informatics Analyst, where she leverages her clinical background to support data-driven decision-making and improve healthcare delivery through technology. Her work reflects a strong commitment to enhancing patient outcomes and optimizing clinical workflows.

Outside of her professional role, Marcy enjoys spending time with her family and her church community. She is also an avid crafter and has recently developed a passion for quilting. She is currently working on her first t-shirt quilt, which she is creating to celebrate a new Eagle Scout.
