Nicole Porter is an Onboarding and Optimization Specialist for UNC Health Medical Group, supporting system-wide onboarding and operational optimization across ambulatory clinics. With eight years at UNC Health, Nicole brings deep experience in front desk and clinic operations. She began her career as a Medical Office Assistant and advanced to Senior MOA, developing strong expertise in patient access, workflow efficiency, and ambulatory operations.

Nicole plays a key role in onboarding new clinics, teammates, and Practice Managers, with a specialized focus on front desk operations and administrative workflows. She is known for her collaborative approach, operational insight, and commitment to helping teams implement sustainable best practices that support efficient, high-quality patient care.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Colorado State University.
