Heather Wilson serves as Program Manager at UNC Health, where she leads enterprise initiatives to enhance access to care, optimize scheduling efficiency, and strengthen operational performance. With more than a decade of experience in large healthcare systems, Heather has successfully led multidisciplinary teams, developed scalable programs, and leveraged analytics to drive improvements in quality, compliance, and patient outcomes. As a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), she is deeply committed to advancing equitable access to care and partners with NCAHEC to expand behavioral health care access across North Carolina.
