This project was initiated when we received grant funding to expand access to specialty care across the 29 county, rural region we serve in NC. We have 2 waves, to expand the telehealth footprint to all 8 of our community hospitals. Although this project has not yet reached go live, the planning and coordination efforts have already yielded valuable insights. Phased deployment approach, beginning with stakeholder alignment across clinical, technical, and operational domains. Communication strategies tailored to both system-wide and local audiences to ensure readiness and engagement. We anticipate that we will be through Wave 1, which includes the first 5 hospitals and Wave 2 will be underway when we present this at NCUGM.
