Epic@UNC Training shifted back to in-person classroom training for specific courses targeting new and transferring employees in July of 2024. This move adjusted how the WebEx Virtual training was received to eliminate significant technical delays and connectivity issues experienced by employees training offsite. Goals included enhanced learning quality, restoring face-to-face interaction, and improving employee satisfaction and performance.
