This presentation highlights the implementation of an AWHONN-based Postpartum Hemorrhage (PPH) Risk Assessment Tool within the Epic electronic health record to improve standardization and maternal safety. By embedding evidence-based risk factors directly into clinician workflows, the tool enables automated PPH risk scoring and promotes early identification of at-risk patients. The session will review the collaborative build process, integration of clinical decision support, and outcomes demonstrating improved compliance, workflow efficiency, and proactive care readiness.
