This presentation will focus on communicating effectively in healthcare and in project management. 4Cs of Communication: Clarity, Cadence, Customization, and Connection. We will discuss each of the 4 Cs and give real examples of how they are used across the lifespan of a project. My DISC certification always plays a role in all of my interactions, especially in understanding what type of communication style is right for each situation. The only wrong style is the one that does not fit the situation!
