This presentation details ECU Health’s innovative approach to deploying Microsoft 365 Copilot across the organization. By linking Copilot licensure to active participation in the AI Community of Practice (AI CoP), ECU Health achieved an exceptional adoption rate of 96–97%. The strategy required users to share real-world AI experiences before receiving a license, fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous learning. The AI CoP leveraged Power BI dashboards, Teams channels, and regular knowledge-sharing sessions to crowdsource solutions, showcase success stories, and accelerate Copilot integration into daily workflows. This community-driven model offers a repeatable blueprint for scaling AI adoption in healthcare and beyond.
