He has over eight years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN), with a clinical background in Pediatrics, Hematology, Oncology, and Bone Marrow Transplantation. In 2021 Joseph shifted from inpatient nursing to clinical informatics. This shift has allowed him to combine his clinical expertise with technology to optimize workflows, improve operational processes, and enhance patient care.
