I began my career as a Patient Financial Services Representative, where I dedicated three years to focusing on front desk check-in for admissions and registration. My commitment and proficiency in this role led to my promotion to Supervisor in the same group, a position I held for six years. During this time, I managed staff in both admitting and outpatient physical therapy areas.

While in operations, I discovered a passion for wanting to be involved in building the system that I supported. This led me to transition to the role of ISD Analyst for the Cadence and Grand Central team, where I spent another six years honing my skills and contributing to the team's success. During this period, I also earned Epic certifications for MyChart, RTE, Cadence, and Prelude.

Currently, I am serving as an Epic ISD Project Manager, a position I have held for the past two years. In this role, I have successfully managed several significant projects, including Epic Nex10, RTA implementation with Rhyme, Payer Platform, Cosmos, and more. My journey reflects a continuous commitment to leveraging my expertise to drive impactful projects and improvements.
