Becky is the manager of the Wellness Informatics Team at Novant Health. The team consists of practicing MDs and RNs with extensive work in provider education, 1:1 support, and EHR optimization. The physician leaders of the team are in clinical practice and are certified physician builders. The RN team members work closely with our builders and analysts while maintaining knowledge of ambulatory workflows. As a unit, the team is called on to inform many aspects of the various EHR related processes.
