Sean has been a registered nurse for 20 years; in 2016 he decided to pursue a degree in Health Informatics and also changed his role from critical care nursing to a nurse application analyst for Epic's ASAP application. In 2018 he began the transition from analyst to project manager, leading an organization through the last major Epic upgrade - v2018 and helping them transition over to the new quarterly release cycle. Since that time Sean has led several Epic initiatives including the transition to Hyperdrive, implementing new modules including BH, Epic Transfer Center, and WAM, as well as pioneering new Epic features such as Gen AI. In his spare time Sean enjoys traveling, hiking, camping, and spending quality time with his family.
