David Dompier MSN, RN, CPHQ is a Quality Performance Analyst for WakeMed Health and Hospitals. He joined WakeMed in 2022. In his roles at the organization, he is responsible for quality analytics and clinical data for the Stroke Program. Prior to joining WakeMed and becoming a Registered Nurse in 2010, he has held various managerial and executive level position with financial firms in Boston, MA and New York, NY. As a Registered Nurse, he has served in multiple areas at the bedside including ICU and in the Emergency Room. This combination of business and patient level healthcare experience provides a unique perspective of the health care system. He holds a B.A in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, BSN from Drexel University, MSN in Nursing Leadership from Walden University and is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality.
