Streamline the dashboards for inpatient clinicians. Epic released dashboards are often based on functionality instead of user role. Related Metrics and reports are located on different dashboards. At UNC health, we started to re-align the resources on dashboard based on user roles. Individual clinicians are shown KPI and information of their own patients on their dashboard. Manager has dashboard with the same KPI and information but aggregated for their direct reports. The system dashboard has the same data at the hospital level. Consolidated dashboards by increasing clarity and improving transparency of the KPIs from individuals to executives.
