This abstract discusses the implementation of mobile devices and secure messaging at ECU Health, aimed at improving clinical communication and workflow efficiency across nine hospitals. The project involved the use of web-based calling through Banyan and Rover, an Epic application for documentation, to enhance direct communication among team members. The phased rollout strategy, combined with dynamic role assignments and comprehensive training programs, ensured a smooth transition and high user satisfaction. The abstract highlights the significant improvements in documentation time, user satisfaction, and overall communication efficiency, demonstrating the potential of mobile health and telehealth technologies in transforming healthcare delivery.
