ECU Health Medical Center utilizes a dedicated Lift Team to aide in the prevention of injury to nursing and skin breakdown in patients. The Lift Team assists with turns for certain patient populations within the medical center and for patients that meet specific criteria. This presentation will cover taking the Lift Team from paper and pencil to using Rovers to track their lift jobs.
