This presentation would outline how Duke triggers the deficiency based on an event but delays the deficiency routing to the provider's in basket. By delaying the deficiency routing to the provider, this prevents provider notification fatigue and gives the provider time to complete the documentation prior to be alerted by a deficiency in their in basket.
