In the past three years, we have enhanced our BCA Downtime processes with a new data collection method. To ensure over 2600 PCs are ready for downtime across 4 states, developing a scalable process was crucial. This year's approach improved verifying BCAs, saved time, ensured better preparedness, and divided tasks among Operations, Clinical Informatics, and IT teams. Our method has been highly successful and could benefit other organizations.
