Katie McGinnis is an Operational Project Manager at UNC Health. She has 9 years of experience supporting strategic improvement efforts within healthcare systems, including 5 years as a Project Manager. She has been a member of the UNC Care Access and Service Integration Referrals team since 2022, and is proud to support the referral experience for UNC Health patients and providers across the state. As a member of the Strategic Integration team, she has advised on referral system standards and championed new tools like Regional Preference Lists.
