I am the Health Care System, Senior Program Manager for Improvement Collaboratives in the UNC Health Alliance, a part of the UNC Health System. I am responsible for the management of two quality improvement programs: the Primary Care Improvement Collaborative and the Urgent Care Improvement Collaborative. These programs facilitate practice transformation through physician-led governance and support structures using patient-centered strategies, shared learning, and accountability to drive practice transformation. Prior to joining UNC Health seven years ago, I had a long career in physician practice administration and health information management. When I’m not working, I am an avid gardener who loves to spend as much time outdoors as possible.
