As an EpicCare Link Analyst, I have worked for Novant Health for 7 years maintaining Epic Certifications in EpicCare Ambulatory and EpicCare Link. In 2022 I acquired both an Epic Security Certification as well as a Data Courier Mover Badge. On the Novant Health Link team of three, I help manage every aspect of EpicCare Link, from user access to new functionality and project management. In addition, I utilize the Epic Security Certification to assist the SER team with miscellaneous tasks.
