Megan Duncan, MHA, has served as the Patient Access Director at Mcleod Health for 2 years. Prior to taking this role, she worked in Lean Process Management for Mcleod Health, working closely with Patient Access. Megan earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Presbyterian College and her Master of Health Administration from the Medical University of South Carolina. Megan’s background lies in Lean Process Management/Six Sigma. She is certified as a green belt in Six Sigma and earned her Silver Lean Certification. Megan has been with Mcleod Health since 2016. The Mcleod Health network is comprised of 7 hospitals serving patients in South Carolina and North Carolina. Mcleod Health went live on Epic in December of 2022.
