Cynetria Mason has been dedicated to advancing UNC Health Care's footprint across North Carolina since 2012. She was part of a small team brought in to establish a Project Management Office at that time, and has since been an integral part of establishing Carolina Value (UNC's Transformation Program Management Department) as well as the Enterprise Analytics and Data Sciences (EADS) Department.

Over the past 7 years, Cynetria has focused on creating and managing a robust portfolio for the EADS Team. By using sound and proven project management practices and tools, she has highlighted success as a member of the Investment Management Team, by bringing organization, transparency and prioritization into the forefront.

Cynetria is committed to UNC Health's mission to improve the health and well-being of North Carolinians and others we serve. She was recently selected to lead UNC's Information Services Division internship program, PRIME, where she works with a team of mentors to introduce college students and career re-entry candidates to the potential Health Care IT career paths.
