Amanda Hargrove is a Registered Nurse of 27 years. Amanda has devoted 17 years of her nursing practice to acute care case management, and is currently the Sr. Director for inpatient Case Management & Utilization Review Services at ECU Health serving eastern North Carolina where she has been employed for over 36 years. Amanda specializes in leadership, has a passion for case management and hospital operations and loves working with team members on challenging complex cases.
Amanda is a graduate of East Carolina University with a Doctorate Degree in Nursing with an emphasis on Leadership, and received her undergraduate degree from East Carolina University as well. Amanda is a Board Certified Nurse Executive through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), a Certified Case Management Administrator through the American Case Management Association (ACMA), and an Accredited Case Manager through the ACMA as well. She has been a member of the National and NC State Chapter of the ACMA for many years, and is currently serving on the NC ACMA Board of Directors since May 2021.
