Lauren has been a PT since 2010, after earning her Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from Ohio University. Throughout her professional career, she primarily worked in the outpatient setting, specializing in treating patients with neurologic, vestibular, and orthopedic injuries. Leveraging her previous experience with Epic, she played an integral role in the adoption and implementation of Epic@UNC in 2014. She continued to provide support to fellow PTs as a Superuser for 8 years. In 2021, Lauren joined the Clinical Informatics Team full-time where she provides support to ambulatory providers and clinical staff, with a focus on Epic@UNC personalization and efficiency.​
