Tim Hetherington is an analytical professional with a Master of Science in Analytics degree from North Carolina State University. His passion for data began with tracking basketball statistics while attending the University of Pittsburgh basketball games as a child. Tim began his career in the home improvement industry working on an omni-channel analytics team. Understanding customers’ purchasing trends was his primary focus. He transitioned to working at Atrium Health's Center for Outcomes Research and Evaluation (CORE) in 2017. His focus was supporting the data needs for research studies as well as growing the team to meet the increasing demand. Tim is currently responsible for an IT data team, which provides analytical services for projects varying in scope.
