Conjuring Training Team members by developing a Credentialed Trainer Program. Instructional Designers experience challenges of balancing the demands of new hire and refresher training needs. While looking for ways to manage training for system updates, new implementations, and clinic/campus rolls-outs, we identified a need for additional assistance with specialty training. Utilizing current endusers and equipping them with training knowledge, provides boots on the ground support, where they can be the eyes and ears of the field. The additional assistance balances the needed assistance for maintaining an on-going training schedule, as well as being a day-to-day frontline resource.
