The Multicenter Perioperative Outcomes Group (MPOG) maintains a registry of more than 18 million anesthesia cases across more than 60 hospitals. This data is leveraged for research and benchmarking in order to improve patient care. In this presentation, Duke Health will share from its experiences implementing and maintaining integration to the MPOG registry. We will describe the overall implementation process, share key lessons learned, and highlight the Epic functionality that supports MPOG registry integration.
