Description
Our ambulatory SmartTexts were from the initial system go-live in 2014. After the Healthcare system’s 9th go-live in Summer 2022, the need for a new and updated SmartText was identified. We utilized workgroup collaboration to create a new SmartText and a Coaching Template SmartPhrase to improve ambulatory notes across the system and give providers a foundation for ambulatory notes.
