Expertly displaying key quality measures with variable date parameters and easy granular location drilldown, these dashboards allow for more efficient oversight of performance from the everyday to new projects, upgrades, and go-lives. The CIO Overview Dashboard offers the ability to monitor metrics regarding capacity, system health, revenue, feature usage, and volumes. For the CNIO Overview Dashboard, executives can view various measures similarly about quality, efficiency, compliance, and proficiency. Each dashboard is a one-stop-shop to monitor several metrics of interest to CIOs and CNIOS (including similar executives if desired) in a way that in actionable, transparent, and easily interpretable.
